Realme unveiled the GT Neo 5 successor with a strong processor, quick charging support, and a good camera. It was recently launched in China and is soon expected to be released in Nepal.

Let’s get through the Realme Neo 6 overall specifications, expected price, and release date in Nepal.

Realme GT Neo 6:

The Realme GT Neo 6 continues the same 8T BOE panel that we have seen before on the SE version. It has a dimension of 162 x 75.1 x 8.7 mm (6.38 x 2.96 x 0.34 in) and weighs 191g (6.74 oz). It features an LTPO Amoled display with 1 billion colors, a resolution of 1264 x 2780 pixels with a density of 450 ppi, 120Hz refresh rate with HDR support, and an awesome 1600nits peak brightness. The screen size is 6.78 inches and screen to body ratio is 91.8%. Also, the display features more rooms like 2160Hz PWM dimming, 2500Hz touch sampling, and protection of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 making it stand out in the market.

Performance:

The new GT Neo 6 has an Android 14 operating system. It is powered by Qualcomm SM8635 Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 (4nm) chipset and has an octa-core processor with a combination of cortex-A520. This makes it performance-centric and a mid-range powerhouse. It features an Adreno 735 GPU providing high-performance graphics and efficient power consumption.

Battery and Camera:

Moving on to the battery, it comes with a big battery of 5500 mAh, non-removable and it supports up to 120W fast charging.

The main camera of this device is a dual camera with a 50 MP wide lens and an 8 MP ultrawide lens. It has features like dual-LED flash, HDR, and panorama. It can shoot videos in 4K at 30/60fps and 1080p at 30/60/120fps. The selfie camera is a single 32 MP wide lens with a panorama feature and can shoot videos in 4K at 30fps and 1080p at 30fps.

Connectivity and Sensor:

This phone comes with the connectivity of WLAN Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, dual-band, that is, it can operate on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies. It has the latest Bluetooth 5.4 which supports A2DP, LE, aptX HD, and LHDC for wireless audio streaming. Also, it has GPS (L1+L5), BDS (B1I+B1c+B2a), GALILEO (E1+E5a), QZSS (L1+L5), NavIC, GLONASS, NFC, Infrared port, USB Type-C 2.0. It does not have a radio.

Sensors include an under-display fingerprint scanner that uses optical technology to read your fingerprint. It also has an accelerometer and gyro which helps to detect and measure movement, a proximity sensor that detects when the phone is close to your face during a call, a compass which helps with navigation, and a color spectrum sensor which helps to adjust the color temperature of the display.
