Nepal Bank’s Board of Directors Reshuffled

16 Bhadra, Kathmandu.

Changes have occurred in the Board of Directors of Nepal Bank Limited. Shobhakant Paudel, Chairman of the Board of Directors representing the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Finance, Director Amrit Lamsal, and Jeevan Kumar Katwal, who was a director representing the general shareholders’ Employees’ Provident Fund, have departed from the committee.

According to information provided by the bank through NEPSE, Pitambar Bhandari and Devraj Joshi have been appointed as directors on behalf of the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Finance.

Similarly, Subash Khadka has been appointed as a director on behalf of the Employees’ Provident Fund. The newly appointed directors will assume responsibilities on the bank’s Board of Directors, representing their respective bodies.
