1 Ashoj, Kathmandu.
The ‘Road Suggestion App’ has been launched to register complaints and suggestions regarding the maintenance of damaged federal roads within the Kathmandu Valley. Road Division Kathmandu formally launched the app after successful testing.
Now, citizens of the valley will be able to register complaints and suggestions regarding the maintenance of damaged roads under federal jurisdiction through the app. A system has been put in place for citizens to directly view the resolution process and status of complaints registered in the app. Road Division Kathmandu stated that information regarding the complaint will also be received through the app once it has been addressed.

Currently, through the app, complaints and suggestions regarding approximately 472 kilometers of roads under federal jurisdiction within the Kathmandu Valley can be registered. For roads not falling under federal jurisdiction, the app will also provide information about which body is responsible for that road.
Preparations are underway to expand the app nationwide, making road maintenance complaint management more effective. Road Division Kathmandu aims to expand the service to include Lalitpur and Bhaktapur within the next two weeks, and then gradually launch it across the entire country.
