Shree Distillery Limited, which is preparing to issue primary shares (IPO) to the general public, has called for its Annual General Meeting. The company’s board of directors, at its meeting held on Bhadra 31, decided to hold the general meeting on Ashoj 26 in Kathmandu.
The company has stated that the agenda for the meeting includes the approval of the proposal related to the company’s IPO issuance, as well as the passing of the annual report, auditor’s report, and financial statements for the last fiscal year.

The company has already appointed Prabhu Capital Limited as the issue manager to proceed with the IPO issuance process. It is expected that once the necessary proposals are passed by the general meeting, the company will complete the regulatory procedures and move forward with its preparations for the IPO issuance.
