In the Global Fintech Awards 2026, Nepal’s five leading fintech and digital payment companies have been nominated in international categories.
Nepal’s digital payment and fintech sector has once again achieved significant success at the international level. Five major fintech and digital payment companies from Nepal have been nominated and shortlisted in various categories at the Global Fintech Awards (GFA) 2026, which are being presented under the Global Fintech Fest 2026, to be held in Mumbai, India, from 8 to 11 September 2026.

According to official details received from the organizers, Nepal’s excellent companies have secured positions in various international categories:
Best Fintech from Nepal: In this category, three leading companies from Nepal, Citytech Group Pvt. Ltd., eSewa Limited, and IME Khalti Limited, have been shortlisted.

Through finPOS, digital wallets, bill payments, and various financial technology services, these companies have been strengthening Nepal’s digital ecosystem.
Best Payments Solution: In this category, IMARK Pvt. Ltd. has been nominated. This demonstrates the capability of Nepali payment technology and solutions at an international level.
Best Digital Public Infrastructure: Fonepay Payment Service Limited, which has been playing a significant role in the development and expansion of Nepal’s digital payment infrastructure, has been nominated in this category.
