Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited has convened its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The bank has called the meeting to pass various important proposals, including the distribution of attractive dividends to shareholders from the profit of the fiscal year 2082/83.

Date: 31st Bhadra 2083
Venue: Amrapali Banquet, Baluwatar Road, Kathmandu
Main Proposals
The following proposals will be discussed and passed at the General Meeting:

Dividend Distribution: Proposal to distribute 9% to preferred shareholders and 15% (including tax) cash dividend of paid-up capital to ordinary shareholders.
Financial Statements: To pass the annual financial statements, balance sheet, profit and loss account, and cash flow statement for FY 2082/83.
Auditor Appointment: To appoint an external auditor for the current fiscal year and determine their remuneration.
Book Close Date
For the purpose of the general meeting and dividend, the bank has decided to book close on 18th Bhadra 2083.
Therefore, only shareholders registered with transactions on Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) until 17th Bhadra will be eligible to receive the bank’s dividend and participate in the General Meeting.
