What is the foreign currency exchange rate for Monday?

August 10, Kathmandu.

Nepal Rastra Bank has announced the exchange rates for various foreign currencies for Monday. According to the rates announced by the central bank, the buying rate for the US Dollar is 152 rupees 04 paisa and the selling rate is 152 rupees 64 paisa. The buying rate for the Euro is set at 175 rupees 74 paisa and the selling rate at 176 rupees 43 paisa. Similarly, with one Pound Sterling’s buying rate maintained at 205 rupees 13 paisa and selling rate at 205 rupees 94 paisa, the buying rate for the Swiss Franc is determined at 188 rupees 16 paisa and the selling rate at 188 rupees 90 paisa.

The buying rate for one Australian Dollar is 107 rupees 46 paisa and the selling rate is 107 rupees 89 paisa. The buying rate for the Canadian Dollar is set at 109 rupees 06 paisa and the selling rate at 109 rupees 49 paisa, and for the Singapore Dollar, the buying rate is 118 rupees 93 paisa and the selling rate is 119 rupees 40 paisa.

The buying rate for 10 Japanese Yen is 9 rupees 63 paisa and the selling rate is 9 rupees 67 paisa. The buying rate for one Chinese Yuan is determined at 22 rupees 53 paisa and the selling rate at 22 rupees 62 paisa.

The Rastra Bank has stated that the buying rate for one Saudi Arabian Riyal is 40 rupees 49 paisa and the selling rate is 40 rupees 65 paisa, and for one Qatari Riyal, the buying rate is 41 rupees 74 paisa and the selling rate is 41 rupees 90 paisa.

The buying rate for Thai Baht is maintained at 4 rupees 60 paisa and the selling rate at 4 rupees 62 paisa. The buying rate for one UAE Dirham is 41 rupees 39 paisa and the selling rate is 41 rupees 56 paisa.

Similarly, the buying rate for one Malaysian Ringgit is set at 37 rupees 16 paisa and the selling rate at 37 rupees 31 paisa. The buying rate for 100 South Korean Won is 10 rupees 80 paisa and the selling rate is 10 rupees 84 paisa. The buying rate for one Swedish Kroner is 16 rupees 05 paisa and the selling rate is 16 rupees 11 paisa, and the buying rate for one Danish Kroner is determined at 23 rupees 51 paisa and the selling rate at 23 rupees 60 paisa.

According to the central bank, the buying rate for one Hong Kong Dollar is 19 rupees 38 paisa and the selling rate is 19 rupees 46 paisa. The buying rate for the Kuwaiti Dinar is set at 495 rupees 08 paisa and the selling rate at 497 rupees 04 paisa.

Likewise, the buying rate for one Bahraini Dinar is 403 rupees 24 paisa and the selling rate is 404 rupees 83 paisa, and the buying rate for one Omani Riyal is maintained at 394 rupees 89 paisa and the selling rate at 396 rupees 45 paisa.

The Rastra Bank has stated that the buying rate for 100 Indian Rupees is determined at 160 rupees and the selling rate at 160 rupees 15 paisa.

The Rastra Bank has clarified that the fixed exchange rate can be revised at any time as per necessity. Stating that the exchange rates determined by commercial banks may differ, the central bank has stated that updated exchange rates can be viewed through its website.
