Ncell’s new 60-second pulse rate applied to international calls, effective in 198 countries

August 19, Kathmandu.

Ncell has changed the pulse rate for its international outgoing calls to 198 destination countries, effective today, Tuesday, Bhadra 2. The company has implemented the new 60-second pulse rate as per the approval received on Shrawan 22, 2083, from the regulatory body Nepal Telecommunications Authority.

As per Section 42 of the Telecommunications Act, 2053, the Authority has granted approval for Ncell’s new pulse rate as per the decision.

As per the Authority’s approval, this new pulse rate has now been implemented in destination countries including Australia, Bahrain, Canada, USA, China, Finland, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Lebanon, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Poland, Qatar, Russia, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Mexico, and Libya.

The complete list of all countries where the new pulse rate is applicable, along with call and SMS charges, can be viewed in the ‘International Call and SMS Rate’ section of the Ncell website.
