Fintech Alliance Nepal (FAN), the umbrella organization for Nepal’s financial technology (fintech) sector, has announced that it will organize the second edition of ‘Nepal Fintech Expo 2026’. Following the grand success of the first edition, this year’s expo will be held from Ashoj 23, 24, and 25 (October 9, 10, and 11, 2026) at Heritage Garden in Lalitpur.
This event, which was previously held for two days, has been modified and will be organized for three consecutive days this year. This will provide a wider platform for participants to view exhibitions, engage in business interactions, expand relationships (networking), and exchange knowledge.
The expo is expected to feature more than 65 exhibition booths (stalls), international participation, and an attendance of over 6,000 visitors.
Main Attractions of the Expo
65+ Exhibition Booths: Direct participation from banks and financial institutions, fintech companies, payment service providers (PSP/PSO), and technology companies.
Experience Zone: Arrangement of two special experience zones to provide participants with direct experience of new financial technologies and digital solutions.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Advanced Technology: Special emphasis on modern topics such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital banking, digital payments, embedded finance, and lending technology.
New Services and Product Launch: A platform for various financial and technology companies to officially launch their latest services and technologies.
Organized Inauguration Ceremony: A grand inauguration ceremony will be held on the first day (October 9) at the ‘Classic Venue’ located within the Heritage Garden premises.
High-Level Networking and Premium Lounge
On the evening of the first day of the event, a ‘Networking Dinner’ will be organized for high-ranking bank officials, regulatory bodies, fintech entrepreneurs, and investors to foster business cooperation and expand relationships.
Additionally, for the first time in this edition, a ‘Premium Lounge’ has been arranged, where VIP guests and premium pass holders can engage in high-level business discussions in a quiet environment.
