1 Bhadra, Kathmandu.

NMB Saral Bachat Fund-E, operating under NMB Mutual Fund, is set to distribute a 5.25 percent return to its unitholders for the fiscal year 2082/83. This return also includes tax.

According to the scheme manager NMB Capital Limited, unitholders registered until Shrawan 21 will receive the said return. For the purpose of distributing the return, the fund had closed its book for one day on Shrawan 21.

The fund has decided to distribute returns based on the unit capital maintained for the fiscal year 2082/83. The fund has stated that the return amount will be deposited into the beneficiary (Demat) accounts of the respective unitholders.

Similarly, for unitholders participating in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, tax will be deducted from the distributed return amount as per prevailing laws. After tax deduction, arrangements have been made to purchase additional units with the remaining amount. Details of such purchased additional units will be reflected in the beneficiary accounts of the respective unitholders.

The fund has urged unitholders who have not updated their bank account numbers in their beneficiary accounts to update their bank account details as soon as possible. The fund has stated that only after bank account details are updated, it will be easier to deposit the return amount into the respective accounts.
