Proton’s two electric vehicles created a stir at the Naima Nepal Mobility Expo, gaining popularity alongside customer attraction.
At the ‘Naima Nepal Mobility Expo 2026′ held at Bhrikutimandap, Proton’s electric SUVs extensively attracted customers’ attention.
Visitors showed special interest in the newly launched new e.MAS 5, as well as the e.MAS 7 which was launched last year, both displayed at stall ‘L-6’ in Hall ‘B’ of the expo.

The compact electric SUV ‘Proton e.MAS 5′, built for modern urban lifestyles, attracted visitors’ attention due to its rear-wheel-drive platform, smart storage facility for luggage management, 14.6-inch Full-HD display unit, 375 liters of boot space, Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) technology to power external electrical devices, and G-Traction Control System.
With its compact design and useful features, the Proton e.MAS 5 is a suitable vehicle for daily use on Nepal’s urban roads. Proton e.MAS 5 is available in two variants, ‘Prime’ and ‘Premium’, priced at Rs. 32.99 Lakh and Rs. 36.99 Lakh respectively, the company stated.
Similarly, the ‘Proton e.MAS 7’ offers customers an excellent full-size SUV experience. With spacious room, outstanding performance, and long-range capabilities, it is also an excellent option for those who travel long distances.
Its ‘Prime’ variant features a 160 kW electric motor and a 49.52 kWh LFP battery, providing an approximate WLTP range of 345 km.
It includes ADAS technology and a 15.4-inch display, making it suitable for daily short-distance travels as well as long-distance journeys from one city to another.

Proton e.MAS 7 is also available in two variants, ‘Prime’ and ‘Premium’, with prices listed on the company’s website at Rs. 49.99 Lakh and Rs. 59.99 Lakh respectively.
