Pathao, which has been coordinating the delivery of goods across Nepal for over 12,000 businesses through Pathao Parcel, has now launched ‘Pathao Commerce,’ a digital business management system, for Nepali online businesses.
This commerce platform, introduced targeting online businesses, has been launched with the concept of ‘Simplify Your Online Business’ through an easy and simple system. Through it, businesses can manage their daily operations including social media, orders, inventory, website, and delivery from a single system.
Currently, through Pathao Commerce, Facebook and WhatsApp messages can be brought into a single inbox, allowing businesses to take orders while chatting with customers. Received orders can be delivered across Nepal via Pathao Parcel. The company has stated that Instagram and TikTok will also be integrated in the coming days.
According to the company, Pathao Commerce is providing the facility to connect the entire process from chat to order taking and delivery in a single flow for the first time in Nepal. Businesses can integrate the Daraz app, their own websites, and other online stores with Pathao Commerce to manage orders and stock from various platforms through a single dashboard.
