469,000 Promoter Shares of Siddhartha Bank on Sale, General Public Can Also Buy

Siddhartha Bank Limited has put 469,122 units of promoter shares, owned by its existing promoter shareholders, up for sale. The bank has initiated the share sale process starting today.

Out of the shares put up for sale, 157,479 units can only be purchased by the bank’s existing promoter shareholders. Existing promoter shareholders must apply to purchase shares within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice.

Similarly, the remaining 311,643 units of promoter shares can also be purchased by general investors. The bank has stated that the general public must also apply within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice.

The bank has stated that if sufficient applications are not received from existing promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the process of selling the remaining shares to other individuals and organizations will be initiated.

Promoter shareholders and the general public interested in purchasing shares must submit a written application, specifying the number of shares they wish to purchase, to the Company Secretary’s office at the bank’s central office in Naxal, Kathmandu. The bank has urged interested investors to apply within the specified deadline.
