Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Distributes Educational Materials to Students of Kuleshwar Secondary School

September 9, Kathmandu.

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited, under its corporate social responsibility program, distributed educational and essential materials to students studying below the poverty line at Shree Kuleshwar Secondary School, through its Kuleshwar branch office.

The Bank’s Kathmandu Regional Head, Kedar Nath Sharma, handed over nutritional and educational materials to the students. The bank distributed stationery and educational materials, school bags, school dresses and house dresses, shoes, and other necessary items with the aim of facilitating students’ studies.

Speaking at the program, the school’s principal, Bhanubhakta Bishta, expressed gratitude for the support provided by the bank, keeping in mind the educational needs of the school’s underprivileged and poor students. He stated that this kind of support would further encourage students in their studies and also have a positive impact on the school’s educational environment.

Handing over the educational and essential materials to the students, the Bank’s Kathmandu Regional Head, Sharma, expressed confidence that this support, provided to students deprived of necessary educational materials due to financial constraints, would significantly assist their studies, as the bank has been supporting the education sector under its corporate social responsibility.

He further stated that the bank would continue such corporate social responsibility programs in the future based on needs and priorities.
